В России снизилось число вакансий в сфере ИТ, а количество резюме выросло

Число вакансий в сфере ИТ за последний месяц снизилось на четверть, а количество резюме увеличилось на 15%. Число ИТ-специалистов, желающих уехать в другие страны, растет

На 13-й неделе года, которая началась 21 марта, в России было открыто почти 95 тыс. вакансий в ИТ, что на 25% меньше, чем на начало девятой недели (21 февраля). Об этом свидетельствуют предоставленные РБК данные HeadHunter.

Количество резюме в этот период выросло на 15%, до 286,4 тыс. В итоге уровень конкуренции среди ИТ-специалистов вырос с двух до трех претендентов на вакансию. Однако показатель по-прежнему остается ниже среднего по всем отраслям (5,6 человека на место).

Как менялась конкуренция среди ИТ-специалистов

Изменения на рынке ИТ-рекрутинга эксперты описывают следующими волнами: с начала 2021-го и до ноября число ИТ-вакансий в России увеличивалось, затем оно несколько снизилось, но с 2022-го вновь начало расти, 7 февраля достигло пикового значения, а после 21 февраля начало резко падать. Но в целом сейчас ИТ-вакансий на 32% больше, чем было на начало 2021 года.

Число резюме в этой сфере в течение прошлого года оставалось стабильным, а с начала этого — растет. На конец марта их количество на 58% превышало значение начала 2021 года.
